Cheers for your comment on my squat vid. Yeah as you can see i've got such a tiny space to workout in (the whole flat is just that 1 room lol). Also the wooden floor creaks and is at a slight angle (enough to cause the bar to role if placed on the floor). Damn I need to get myself a better gym area

Yea still training in Bath but recently lost my job so will be using my home setup for a while. Means I can't go as heavy but ill try using higher reps. Those are some nice numbers you've got there, good luck in your meet. Whereabouts is it?

Ah yea i've heard of that one in sandhurst. The one I goto is a dedicated weights gym in North Camp. It's called Farnborough weight training club. I prefer it because its generally quiet and sometimes i'm the only one in there. No waiting for machines :)

Mate was gonna try for 140kg deadlift and managed to lift it but couldn't lock out. Was pissed off so ended deadlifting there. Took off all the plates and I had miscounted. Was actually 150kg lol. Annoying....
