How I Started: I started working out in 1997, made some pretty good gains over the years and just cruised along and maintained what I built with an average-joe diet and regular trips to the gym.

When 2006 rolled around, I became much more serious with everything.
Why I Love It: The feeling of satisfaction when I leave the gym; one more stepping stone conquered in my quest to achieve all of my physical goals.

I'll see what I can do about getting a closer shot of my tat. I've done the same thing with the murder at my main gym. They're early birds though. Hey did you know in some native tribal traditions, crows are considered the keepers of the laws?
