I started working out in 1997, made some pretty good gains over the years and just maintained what I built with an average-joe diet and regular trips to the gym. When 2006 rolled around, I became much more serious with everything.

You do NOT have a crow tattooed on your back! I LOVE both crows and ravens, and it has been my dream to raise one or the other, but cannot have either here in Hawaii. :( So I have roosters instead! :P Do you raise crows, or is this a film reference?
