I started working out in 1997, made some pretty good gains over the years and just cruised along and maintained what I built with an average-joe diet and regular trips to the gym.
When 2006 rolled around, I became much more serious with everything.
Why I Love It:
The feeling of satisfaction when I leave the gym; one more stepping stone conquered in my quest to achieve all of my physical goals.
How I Stay Motivated:
The mirror.
BB Accomplishments:
Strength and mass.
