Overall Goal:  Considering I took about 3 months off due to injury and other things that happened, I have thought of other goals. My first goal is to stop eating so much fatning, fast food and drinking soda and so much sweet tea. I'm gonna try and down 3000+ calo

I've always loved to workout, I just never had the motivation and a good schedule to go by, but now I have my perfect schedule and nothing stopping me.
Why I Love It:
Because the way it makes me feel after I'm done with a session and the way people who I havent seen in awhile talk and act when they see me, its nice to hear the compliments.
