I've always been interested in weight lifting as early as 12. I started lifting weights in our garage and finally when I was 18 I got a membership at the local gym.
Why I Love It:
It's a lifestyle. You feel good, you have more energy. If I didn't workout I would feel like garbage.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at where I came from.
BB Accomplishments:
5 Rep max of 235 on flat bench.
2 Rep max of 60 on dumbell curls.
4 Rep max of 115 on skull crushers.
4 Rep max of 115 on Overhead Squats.
So if you squat you grow. Now your I_squat cought my attention. Not to many people squat. Or they do a half fast job at it. Squating and squating deep is what seperates the men from the boys. Train hard brother.
