How I Started:
I was tired of being the skinny guy... my cousin inspired me to start working out and it took off from there!
Why I Love It:
I love having something that ANYONE can have, but 98% of people aren't willing to work for it. A fantastic body isn't something you can just go out and buy, or get overnight. You have to work for it day after day, year after year. It's a never ending process, but WHAT A RIDE!
How I Stay Motivated:
MUSIC, workout friends, questions and compliments from others, this website, and looking at old photos of what I used to look like! Oh, and the constant motivation to look like Nick Edge! Soon...

I've been working out for about 2 years. I'm not quite "big" yet, but I am VERY happy with my progress so far. I used to be the skinny little twerp growing up, so now it's nice just to be "fit." I'm looking forward to being very muscular and in great shape, and I'm loving the journey there. I live to work out and eat healthy. I feel so much better than when I used to eat junk all day. My day pretty much consists of eating *clean* every 3 hours, drinking tons of water (at least 1 gallon/day) and counting the minutes until I can hit the gym!
haha I still have a lot of work to do, but I'm gettin' there slowly! i appreciate your kind words, though...and I have a few friends from Fort Wayne! ill have to ask them where they work out
thansk bro ... what would you consider healthy carbs? specifics would help . do i just add up the carbs from the labels to monitor how much carbs I get in a day
thanks! I have a question. I decided to focus entirely on cutting fat to get super ripped and tight with low bf% and maintain my mass. hardcore cardio running swimming etc 6 days a week with bodyweight routines to maintain mass 3 days a week. do you think with a clean diet this schedule will get me from 14% bf to 6-8% over time ? After I get bf down I will look at bulking ..do you think that will work as a cutting schedule? do you think it will get me ripped up with something approaching 6 pack
