I found the muscle yay! Next goal - make muscle bigger!
Goal (Long):
I want to lose the "family shape" and prove that with enough training, and even with my genes, it is possible to get rid of the flabby tummy! I plan to be under 20% bodyfat by August 2009. And last but not least I want to be able make my sparring partner tap out like he means it! :)
The gym is just not happening this month. First I had flu (bog standard not the swine variety) now I'm on night shift although I might try and get in at least once this week if I can get my sleeping pattern in order. And next week I'm on holiday. Mind you night shift is a pretty good work...
Hmmm, your boyfriend doesn't let you train with other boys? Your name is "I Fight Boys" or is it just boyfriends? It's okay, not like we'd ever actually meet anyway. ;)
So how did the bday party turn out? Did he sneakin in a wet t-shirt contest? haha. I think its badass that your a fighter. Good luck in making your muscles bigger and losing that bodyfat. And kick all them boys asses!
