"Junior Gym" at aged 12. Started serious training in 2007.
Why I Love It:
It gives me a huge boost of confidence. Also helps me feel safe now that I'm living in a rough part of the city.
How I Stay Motivated:
Also take part in MMA and Jujitsu amateur competition rule fights. Staying strong helps me to beat up more boys :P

I want to lose the "family shape" and prove that with enough training, and even with my genes, it is possible to get rid of the flabby tummy! I plan to be under 20% bodyfat by August 2009. And last but not least I want to be able make my sparring partner tap out like he means it! :)

The gym is just not happening this month. First I had flu (bog standard not the swine variety) now I'm on night shift although I might try and get in at least once this week if I can get my sleeping pattern in order. And next week I'm on holiday. Mind you night shift is a pretty good work...
