Background

When I Started: Jun 1996
HOW I STARTED:

I got started when I played sports in high school (Basketball, Baseball, Football & Track). I turned it up a little bit in college and I loved the results it had on my body and I've never stopped since.

WHY I LOVE IT:

"Ah, the gym, where I go to self-reflect, gain some inner peace, and kick the crap out of some weights. When I am there, I am much in a state of grace as aggression. Just me and my inner resolve, going spiritual on some stone cold iron."
