I'd say if you are bulking the 4 best supplements would be NO Xplode pre-workout drink, Dymatize Whey Protein, Waxy Maise starch (with your shakes) and BCAAs.
If you are cutting I'd say the same supplements above minus the waxy maise starch and throw in some caffeine pills daily.
I don't use all those supps at once, that's just kind of a running total of **** I've used at some point in the past. Kind of forgot it was even on there, gotta do some house cleaning.
LOL my legs are only around 19-20" which is not that big. There just pretty sliced up at the moment. I would say 260 lbs for 6-8 sounds about right. Great avi...that's awesome ha!
