How I Started: I HAVE ALWAYS ENJOYED WORKING OUT AND I RAN TRACK FOR MANY YEARS BEFORE I JOINED THE ARMY. I HAVE BEEN THINKING ABOUT IMPROVING MY FITNESS AND NUTRITION LEVEL FOR A WHILE, BUT NOW I AM ACTIVELY PURSUING THAT GOAL.
Why I Love It: WORKING OUT IS A GREAT WAY FOR ME TO RELIEVE STRESS AND BE FULLY IN TUNE WITH MY BODY. I USE THAT TIME TO FOCUS ON MYSELF, ITS ALL ABOUT ME.
How I Stay Motivated: MAKING SURE MY WORKOUT BUDDY IS REACHING HER GOAL, READING FITNESS MAGAZINES AND STAYING ACTIVE ON THIS WEBSITE KEEP ME MOTIVATED AS WELL AS KNOWING THAT ONE DAY I WILL REACH MY GOAL.

I REALIZED A WHILE BACK THAT I NEEDED TO START RUNNING IN THE MORNING. I PONDERED ON THAT THOUGHT FOR A FEW MONTHS BEFORE I ACTUALLY STARTED FORCING MYSELF TO WAKE UP AT 0430. WHAT A CHORE IT WAS, ROLLING OUT OF BED EVERYDAY TO RUN AND THEN WORK A 12 HOUR SHIFT!.....TODAY I REALIZED THAT IT...
