I HAVE ALWAYS ENJOYED WORKING OUT AND I RAN TRACK FOR MANY YEARS BEFORE I JOINED THE ARMY. I HAVE BEEN THINKING ABOUT IMPROVING MY FITNESS AND NUTRITION LEVEL FOR A WHILE, BUT NOW I AM ACTIVELY PURSUING THAT GOAL.
Why I Love It:
WORKING OUT IS A GREAT WAY FOR ME TO RELIEVE STRESS AND BE FULLY IN TUNE WITH MY BODY. I USE THAT TIME TO FOCUS ON MYSELF, ITS ALL ABOUT ME.
How I Stay Motivated:
MAKING SURE MY WORKOUT BUDDY IS REACHING HER GOAL, READING FITNESS MAGAZINES AND STAYING ACTIVE ON THIS WEBSITE KEEP ME MOTIVATED AS WELL AS KNOWING THAT ONE DAY I WILL REACH MY GOAL.

MY 1ST LOWER LEG PIC.I HAVE A 1/2 INCH DIFFERENCE DUE TO A FORMER INJURY OF MY LEFT LEG, MY GOAL IS SYMMETRY AND GROWTH.

What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?
I REALIZED A WHILE BACK THAT I NEEDED TO START RUNNING IN THE MORNING. I PONDERED ON THAT THOUGHT FOR A FEW MONTHS BEFORE I ACTUALLY STARTED FORCING MYSELF TO WAKE UP AT 0430. WHAT A CHORE IT WAS, ROLLING OUT OF BED EVERYDAY TO RUN AND THEN WORK A 12 HOUR SHIFT!.....TODAY I REALIZED THAT IT...

thats awesome, yeah feeling sore is one of those good/bad things. You two are going to be jacked! that is awesome! how is the weather up there, getting hot yet... we are already pushing high 80s
Keep up the great work IVORYJ! As a fellow deployer, I know the dedication and spirit it takes to train in our environment. Stay motivated & intense...may need your support when the temps reach above 120 degrees...:)
