I HAVE ALWAYS ENJOYED WORKING OUT AND I RAN TRACK FOR MANY YEARS BEFORE I JOINED THE ARMY. I HAVE BEEN THINKING ABOUT IMPROVING MY FITNESS AND NUTRITION LEVEL FOR A WHILE, BUT NOW I AM ACTIVELY PURSUING THAT GOAL.
Why I Love It:
WORKING OUT IS A GREAT WAY FOR ME TO RELIEVE STRESS AND BE FULLY IN TUNE WITH MY BODY. I USE THAT TIME TO FOCUS ON MYSELF, ITS ALL ABOUT ME.
How I Stay Motivated:
MAKING SURE MY WORKOUT BUDDY IS REACHING HER GOAL, READING FITNESS MAGAZINES AND STAYING ACTIVE ON THIS WEBSITE KEEP ME MOTIVATED AS WELL AS KNOWING THAT ONE DAY I WILL REACH MY GOAL.
My fitness journey started off simple, I just wanted to gain some muscle and lose some bodyfat but now I want so much more. I want to compete (I'm giving myself one year to prepare)and I eventually want to become a personal trainer specializing in nutrition. But right now my focus is muscle, I need MORE muscle!
What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?

What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?

Hey I've pcs'd to Fort Lewis which is awesome!! I'm doing great training has just went to a new level. I'm doing the Vancouver Naturals here in Mar 2010 and I just joined Team Save Fitness coached IFBB Fitness Pro Tanji Johnson.
