thanks man! i havnt done any forearm isolation stuff for about 8 years. They seem to get worked enough on my arm and back days

I just hit 205 for a short time, but I've got cut again for a shoot, prob get back down to 195 for a day or two than try to gain again.

you've gotta make sure you each of the two heads directly in each bicep workout. do some lifts that keep your elbows at your sides or behind you for the larger head, and one or two preacher style moves for the smaller head
