Background

When I Started: no information entered
HOW I STARTED:

I started lifting for football and sports until I began to notice how my body changed. Then I read every muscle magizine I could find and learned how to lift to look good!

WHY I LOVE IT:

Besides being able to inspire, It feels good to know that through my help Im able to see other people transform their lives, allowing their confidence to shine through. The feeling of a great pump and there's just something special when a girl, walking arm in arm with her man, cranks her neck to check you out.

My Ab Routine

So I'm constantly getting questions about my ab routine on here (which i don't mind and thanks to all for the flattering compliments) so I thought I'd let you all in on what it is that I do. First of all I'll get the obvious out of the way.  You can't have good abs if you can't see them under bodyfat and no matter how many crunches you do on your new Ab Lounger 5000 you won't see a thing until you got your diet and cardio down.  That may be material for a future essay but I'll stick now to my favorite exercises for this one.  In my case, I've developed pretty thick abs...
