I started lifting for football and sports until I began to notice how my body changed. Then I read every muscle magizine I could find and learned how to lift to look good!
Why I Love It:
Besides the feeling of a great pump there's something special when a girl, walking arm in arm with her man, cranks her neck to check you out.

Nice body form. i was wondering maybe you could help me out...for some reason i cant gain mass.. i lift 3 times a week mon-chest,tri wend-back,bi and fri-shoulder,legs like i need help on upper body badly my arms and shoulders are the hardest to grow if you have any advice please hit me back (oh yeah i eat like a horse to) so that cant be it
