I started lifting for football and sports until I began to notice how body my changed. Then I read every muscle magizine I could find and learned how to lift to look good!
Why I Love It:
Besides the feeling of a great pump there's something special when a girl, walking arm in arm with her man, cranks her neck to check you out.
So I'm constantly getting questions about my ab routine on here (which i don't mind and thanks to all for the flattering compliments) so I thought I'd let you all in on what it is that I do.
First of all I'll get the obvious out of the way. You can't have good abs if you can't see them...
hey bro wat's up? how many alomonds u eat in a day? for flat chest wat type of work out i shud do? eating lots of bananas increase body fats and shud i avoid eating them? is there any vegetarian food which has good amount of protein that u recommend for body building?
I just stopped by to wish you nothing but success as you work towards your fitness goal. I am trying to figure out what percent of weight I should use for my workouts. I know my one rep max for everything but what percent of that should I start out with on my workouts?
