I started lifting for football and sports until I began to notice how body changed. Then I read every muscle magizine I could find and learned how to lift to look good!
Why I Love It:
Besides the feeling of a great pump there's something special when a girl, walking arm in arm with her man, cranks her neck to check you out.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love it! And it's my job.

how's it going there? here, freezing. got a qustion for ya. it's day three here of serious training and nutrition. i will be working on my upper body today for the 1st time in about 4 months. is there any advice or exercises that you have found useful in your training regime?
