How I Started:
After seeing how pumped my husband was when he would come home from the gym started to make me think. I can do that..well a month later i'm loving every moment of it.
Why I Love It:
I know it is healthy for me and there is nothing like the feeling I have after my morning Cardio and evening training. A added benifet I get to spend time with the hubby doing something we both love.
How I Stay Motivated:
Thinking about my health, how I feel now and how I will feel by continuing my training. My husband also plays a big role in keeping me motivated.

TO ALL MY FRIENDS WHO HAVE KEPT UP WITH MY HEALTH..WELL..MY DOCTOR HASN'T RELEASED ME TO RETURN TO THE GYM..THAT HAS BEEN SINCE SEPT WHEN I HAD MY SECOND HEART ATTACK..NOW THERE IS SOMETHING NEW THAT HAS COME UP..LAST WEEK I SPENT 4 DAYS IN THE HOSPITAL..I WAS HAVING PAIN IN THE SAME LOCATION...

I have been training military members for years. But now I train civilians of all walks. I prefer the civilian world cause their are really no stipulations on the fitness intensity applied to the workouts. 80% of my clients are females too. And with that, I am learning alot about a females body. I do seminars on nutrition and starting a workout plan too. Have questions, let me know.
