How I Started:
I've been working out for a few months now. I haven't faithfully committed to it the way I should have. I can pretty much handle the cardio aspect but not the weights, ahhhh it's so hard.

Just remember that 4 days is better then NO days;)Well im doing okay so far. I have a Vegas trip planned with some girl friends in June and want to look good at the pool side not for nobody, but for MYSELF, then hubby and I plan on spending our first yr. wedding anniv. in Hawaii in August, so i think those 2 trips should be enough motivation to want to workout to look good or should i say feel good!!Well hope all is well. hey chica, i'm 3 months into it. dropped 25 lbs and several inches, but still have a LONG way to go. i admire women who have children and manage to get there body back in shape. i have no excuse lol. i think it's harder with children and a husband, right now i'm by myself. you can do it though. i have no doubt about that. :)
No, its coming up in Jan.09 P.F. Changs half marathon. I have a sore left knee right now, which slowed down my progress. You did good. Ill try at 2hrs and 30 to 40 mins.
