my mate had been bodybuilding for about 6 months and i saw the gains he was getting and i wanted gains like him.

i stay motivated by trying to catch up to my mate who got me started in bodybuilding in the first place - even though i will probs never get to be as big as him

You need to get in the habit of eating right, because of proper muscle growth. Your body needs proper ratios for that.

Supplements are important, but eating correctly is more impotant. Most people overtrain, also.

20 years old and I now look as good as I did at 25. Kre-alkalyn, NOX, LBAS, multis, BCAAS, extra A, B,C minerals. Healthly and planned eating is a must.
