hey man, sry to get back to you months later, but i havent been on in forever as well. my training right now is going good. was down for a good bit but im slowly getting back up to were i want to be weight wise and strength wise, im back up to 185lbs, and my stats are slowly getting back to were they were before all my injuries, so im stayin positive! how are your goals since august?

hey! sorry it has been so long but school was a killer and i am in the process of moving so i havent had a lot of time to keep up with this. :-( but its the summer, and hopefully things will pick up. glad to hear the exersicing is good! keep goin!!

a great way to increase energy is multi-vitamins even all natural ones. fruit also can give you alot of energy. try eating an apple or 2 in the morning and see if that doesnt make a difference in your energy. or also, drink 2-3 glasses of water in morning, that usually gives me energy in the morning as it helps start the body's mechanisms of the day. hope this helps

glad to hear the training is going well. the gaining has slowed for a bit, due to lack of sleep, and not being able to go to the gym as much bc of finals and papers.. i dont think i will hit 10lbs before xmas, but hopefully if all goes well ill be able to get at least hit 7 1/2 or 8 lbs gained..
