I'm curious. I've been taking N.O. Xplode for about 7 weeks. and am getting ready to start the 3-4 week off cycle. my question is, couldnt i just take a simple detox, to speed up the process??

Reason: been using off and on for a few years now, great energy and focus. the pump is awesome
Labrada Pro V60, 3.5 Lbs., Chocolate Ice Cream

Reason: decided to change things up a bit and see what gains i couuld make with different protein

hey mate. how u going? good here. it's nearly the end of week 3 training here. just doing weights with twists added that give a really good burn. am getting some results. from week 4, i'm gonna start a proper workout schedual. any tips? what's yours like?

hey mate. going alright here. not training to full potential here due to work and the rain. haven't been 4 a run now 4 bout a week. not good. still doing any weight workouts that gives me a burn til end of nxt week, then i can really start training different parts of my body properly. my bod is still adjusting to the strain, and i'm loving it. think late nxt week u could help me with my workout then? cheers mate, john.

Training is coming along. Diet tweaking here and there. I need to step up my cardio, though in a week (once finals are finished) it will be much easier to focus more on training.
