Sorry bro haven't been on in a while but it's been going great man i've lost a total of 55lbs and have energy to lose even more now only thing is since I started doing mostly cardio and low weight high rep then i'm losing my strength was benching 315 im down to 275 it sucks but it cool. how about you?

I'm in the Air Force right now in Germany working as a Network Systems Analyst, taking 3 college classes (online) with the University of Maryland, taking care of my daughter (when the wife is at work), and maybe being able to squeeze in an hour at the gym here or there...and I'm a freelance website designer...I guess your soltuion should be, eat for size. Take in 1.5g-1.8g of protein per lb of bodyweight.
Great actually. I'm actaully walking without crutches and have restarted my original workout routine minues the legs portion. I should be able to walk without a limp anyday now. Getting stronger and stronger each day. How's the muscle gaining going?
