andez Haha yeah bulking is fun! you get to eat a lot more, lol. It should still be clean foods though. Right now I dont do any cardio at all, so no HIIT.But I used to do HIIT a lot because I was playing football. Actually I would rather have you doing HIIT than LISS if you are looking for more of a cut look. But I'd still be careful about how much I'm doing since cardio burns "a lot" of calories and as I've said before, it can therefore hinder your growth. Jun 13, 2012 1:30am

jw05 Awesome! The first workout after a break is always rough...after surgery had to be even worse. How's it going now? Lifts are GREAT here! I'm loving that workout you previewed for me. Funny thing is it feels simple at the time, but when I get up the next morning I definitely feel like I did work the night before. About a month in I'm also seeing a little more size and definition...switching things up was a great idea. Jun 11, 2012 10:41am

andez Awesome bro, but remember that carbs are not bad so dont cut them all out (gotta love "bulkning" haha). I would not recommend more cardio than you are already doing because too much is not a good thing, It can slow your progress. Are you doing any HIIT? :) yeah leg lifts are great! so are twists, reverse crunches and different exercises with the swiss ball. Jun 5, 2012 12:58am

andez Ah man I hate gainers, to me its all just sugar. You should try and make your own and then you avoid that "fluffy" midsection hehe :-D I think you are well on the way to being shredded bro! I love intens core/ab workouts - usually supersets. But the diet is key to getting that ripped look :) How long do you do cardio for? May 30, 2012 5:44am
