I WOULD LIKE TO GET IN THE PHYSICAL SHAPE I KNOW I CAN. I LOST 45 LBS. BEFORE GETTING MARRIED, SO I WOULD LOOK GOOD ON THE SPECIAL DAY, HAVEN'T BEEN TO THE GYM SINCE, AND THAT WAS OVER 3 YEARS AGO. SO NEEDLESS TO SAY THE WEIGHT IS BACK ON AND I FEEL TIRED AND SLUGGISH ALL DAY. I KNOW IF I WOULD HAVE CONTINUED THE PACE I WAS ON I WOULD BE IN GREAT PHYSICAL SHAPE TODAY, AND REGRET NOT DOING SO. I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN A BIG GUY, NOW ITS TIME TO MAKE A CHANGE WHILE I STILL CAN!

Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
THE HAVE ALL THE EQUIPMENT I NEED. IT IS NEAR WORK SO I CAN GO ON MY LUNCH BREAK, ONLY DOWNFALL IS WHEN THERE ARE ALOT OF PEOPLE WAITING ON THE SAME EQUIPMENT.
