I woke up and realized what i wanted in life. To achieve my goals I need to improve certain aspects of my body. Therefore, I went to work.
Why I Love It:
It's a release for me. When I on the bench or whooping the shit out of the heavy bag, it's just me and the bar/bag. It's the realist, most honest, and purest form of my life. I love it
How I Stay Motivated:
I HAVE to achieve my goals. That's all. No more, no less. I will not be defeated, even by myself.
BB Accomplishments:
I found the testicular fortitude to begin. it's all downhill from there.

First starting out. Weight, 220....weak as hell
still not there yet but I have a good muscle base. more cardio to show it I guess!
I've been boxing since I was 14 and got out of the practice of the sweet science. I have the spirit and competiveness of a warrior and now I realize that it is time to train and get ready for war in the ring. I want to improve my cardio so that I don't get tired in the ring. Maximize my strength and flexibility to ensure that I am a force to be reckoned with for years to come. If I build the body and strenghten the mind, everything else will come in time.
