wake up shake w WMS, breakfast with protein eggs,eating 20g every 2 hrs, prework sup no and OJ w pulp, post shake w wms and c5 ,soon to add 8g l leucine and 5 g bcaa to wms shake

I've had my heart rate in the 160's most of the time, but I've been doing 2 mins moderate, then 1 minute pedal to the medal alternating them the whole time. I will definitely try your way! Thanks so much for the help!!!!
I really like it (my muscles like to sprint, not slog along forever)! but i wonder if 20 mins. a day is enough, I feel like i should be burning fat/losing weight faster than I am...advice? you look like you might know what you're talking about!
I don't really track percentages - i just try to eat at least 5-6 small meals per day. Lower carbs that are healthy carbs such as berries, sweet potatoes. Lots of clean eating. 1500/day
Yep, I leaned up until I basically got where I wanted to get to. Next time, however, I need to remember to cut out the creatine too. It can keep water weight on you. How's your lifting?
Ouch.. You should have oredered Months ahead of time.. then you can take your time reading it etc.. I read each chapter EACH day.. then re-read them again.. slowy etc.. GOOOD LUCK...
