Overall Goal: To stay in shape so even when i get old i still can do things most people cant do. To also help and maybe inspire others to take care of themselves and feel good about it. Lastly to do all things through Him(God) who gives me strength.

Started as a kid back in Texas to spend time with my dad, then i started playing football and have stuck with it.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of my muscles tearing after lifting weights and gasping for air after cardio. The sweat on my shirt and knowing that i worked hard another day.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that there are people out there who dont have a choice and cant workout because they might not have limbs or they are handicaped in some way.
Seeing fat people and knowing i dont want to be that way.
Plus the feeling after an amazing workout, there isnt much like it.

i like it id say its one of the better preworkout drinks pumps are good energy and focus are good and i dont have to take alot one scoop is normaly good sometime 1.5 but the coke isnt that good of a taste but i also dont drink soda but fruit punch taste a lil bit better

hey man, appreciate the add. Ultra 40's give you energy, first time I took em, I was like 'whoa', but like any supp. your body adapts, but I still get some kick from them. I'd recommend.
I like the entire stack I was taking. I would take 1 scoop of the celltech just before my workout plus another scoops right after with protien. The extra carbs helped me threw workouts.

Aww thanks! I can tell the split is already working well for me. I'm actually leaving the gym with muscle fatigue for once, considering I felt like I was barely working them with my last regime. How's everything with you?
I have two forms of liquid creatine monohydrate. I'm currently using Dimaxx's Muscle Creatine+. I've also taken MMUSA's Creatine Serum. I've only ever taken it pre-workout. Never after. I might start taking a PWO dose as well. I'm not sure how much it helps me. Perhaps my problem is that prior to taking this, I've been on some sort of pre-workout drink that contains creatine FOR A LONG TIME. Maybe my muscles need a break from it?

How do you like that Uni-Liver? I've been takin it off and on for the past couple months, about 3 tabs a day when I remember...can't really tell any difference. What supps do you like or recommend?
