"To lose another 10-15 lbs before I begin to build more muscle. It would be a mile stone to be in back in the 220's so that is my main motivation, hopefully I can do this by early February."
Got tired of not being taken seriously in athletic comptetions. There is a lot of stereotyping and although I was a big guy, I was still a better athlete than most; plus it doesn't feel good when people you know tell you that your getting fat.
Why I Love It:
Motivation, pump, and the thought of accomplishing a goal that definately takes mental and physical toughness, endurance and willpower.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by knowing what I can and cannot do, and knowing that I can accomplish my greatest goal with a little bit of hard work and sweat (something I need anyways) is exhilarating.
BB Accomplishments:
I want to bench 225 30 times, have a waist between 32" and 36" and a body fat %age of 10% to 15%.

256 lbs 10-16-2007, This is where I begin, right here today!
To lose another 10-15 lbs before I begin to build more muscle. It would be a mile stone to be in back in the 220's so that is my main motivation, hopefully I can do this by early February.
Goal (Long):
To go to the 2008 regional combines and get a look from an NFL team. By the time I go (May or June) I will be benching 225 at least 23-25 times with a vertical jump of 32"-35" and be running a 4.59-4.62 second 40yd. I will definately turn some scouts heads as by that time I plan on being 240 lbs, and to the best of my knowledge, guys like me that can move, have great field vision, and the desire to become the best aren't particularly beating down the doors of any NFL team to run the rock, so I know I will make it. WISH ME LUCK!
Recently I have started to get in shape and I have had a huge turn around from where I began; as anybody would. Right now my body is to the point where I have to really try hard to accomplish my goals, this is where most people get discouraged and crawl back to their comfortable lifestyle of...
My workout right now consist mainly of a weight loss program, upper body strength (bench) and training with the strength shoe.
I am working towards my lifelong goal of being an NFL player and so my workouts are condusive to accomplishing that goal. Currently I am at the 80th percentile...
I wish you much success in achieving your goals.
Push yourself to be the best that you can be and you will be amazed at the changes and the speed at which they can occur.
