Amazing how do you fall into this sport??? Since I am a personal trainer, I've always been interrested in the sport and it's kinda in my blood.
Why I Love It:
I absolutely love competing its always a challenge to see how well I can take my physic to the next level. I compete with myself not anyone else.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have AMAZING training partners: God is my STRENGTH, my daughter is my ENDURANCE, and my PASSION for it comes from the man I love...
BB Accomplishments:
Everything is an accomplishment this far. I am so thankful for even placing 3rd in a national qualifier. I am by far ALWAYS one of the youngest and still keeping up with the older ones. LOL :)

This was my photographer and I just goofn around after I had my daughter.I was just skinny yuck. I cant believe how much size i put on in one year of hard core training. NO PAIN NO GAIN...
Wow. Isnt it amazing how you see yourself in the mirror but it doesnt hit you until you see a picture comparison. My side delts really progressed this past year.
I eventually with in the next 2 years want to go IFBB PRO. It's going to take a lot of dedication but hey I have the BEST of the BEST on my side. I want to tighten up my lower body A LOT!!!

I do 2 cups of half black coffee and half water. The reason I do 1/2 water and 1/2 coffee is b/c of the few days before my competitions I do all coffee for the natural diuretic effect it has on the body. Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
I love training with my partner. When you train with the person you love you get motivation and the LACK of sympathy b/c he knows I can do it. I get pushed to the limits where my body has to change and grow. Another great plus is the focus... I love training with my partner. What back workout has worked best for you?
Pull ups holding for 3 seconds at the top then down slow for a 5 count
Mondays: Back - Abs - Calves after I do 30 min. of cardio
Tuedays: Sprint work and 30 min cadrio
Wednesdays: Chest - Shoulders - Abs - 30 min cardio
Thursdays: Quads - Inner/outer thigh - Glutes - 30min card.
Fridays: Biceps - Triceps - 30 min cardio
Saturday: ALL LOWER BODY. no...

Hey...I just noticed you're doing the KY muscle comp this November! I thought about doing that one because I'm interested in doing NPC shows after my first OCB show...that's excellent! Maybe I'll at least come to your show and see you shine!!!
I just want to say that you build is so beautiful and honestly, I don't think a woman's figure can get any prettier! Excellent work, especially after having a baby! Your shoulders are my favorite!!!
