Master all bodyweight movements while achieving excellence in the following lifts:
-Shoulder press (seated or standing)
-Sumo deadlift
-Barbell curl
-Skullcrusher
-optional: dumbbell rows
The goal is to hit about 185 with athletic/acrobatic ability that Jackie Chan would be jealous of while retaining and improving great strength in moving other objects as well.
