I want to progress at the maximal natural rate possible! Need all input you can give! I want to gain 10 pounds of muscle in the next six months, and especially in my chest, so that I am proud of my body in the summer for starters!
I play football and my goal is to have more body definition increase my reps doing 225 pounds on the bench press. I want to have a good 40 yard dash time and just a more physically fit player this year with speed and power.
