When I Started:
How I Started:
It was just something that struck my attention....My idols were Bruce Lee and Arnold Schwarzengger...Both on total opposite sides of the spectrum when it comes to fitness, yet both were extremely fit, and intelligent in their ways of going about getting there. I was born a "twig", and knew that I didn't want to stay like that...I wanted to grow into that tree, that strong Oak that I saw when I looked at Arnold, when I watched Bruce's movies...That's what I wanted to be...I knew that sitting on my butt and not doing anything about it, wasn't going to get me there, so I started training.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel GOOD!!! I know it's good for me, and when people see me, and see me doing it, they then too want to try... I love it!
How I Stay Motivated:
Almost the same reason why I love doing it...Life. Got my lil bro doing it, and those that followed in my path when I use to train...All of that keeps me motivated...Plus, I like the way I fit into my clothes... :p
BB Accomplishments:
Just self confidence...proving to others that it can be done...without steroids! Everyone always think we have to do steroids to get big and/or whatever...I hate that closed mindedness!!! Ignorance!

Workout Program:
As far as sets, I do 4, with pyramid rep style. Reps may vary...increasing weight as I go along. I go along with a set program for about a month or two, then switch it up... EVERYONES body is different in how it may react, but I found this to be most effective...

I may superset alot of these...

Hey man. I ma not a big fan of the straight barbell. It hurts my wrists as you have esperienced. I hope it is nothing serious. My training is going well. I took a little holiday break but I am back full speed. I want to be 250# byt the spring so I need to hurry up! LOL

so you only workout on mon, weds, fri then? a trainer at my gym told me that i should jus do upperbody on monday lower body on wed and like arms on fri to get big? i dunno if thats something your doing, but rightnow im onna fourday a week, 2 days on 1 off the 2 on and 2 off like that. so i would pry goto a 3 day to if i tried it?
