It was just something that struck my attention....My idols were Bruce Lee and Arnold Schwarzengger...Both on total opposite sides of the spectrum when it comes to fitness, yet both were extremely fit, and intelligent in their ways of going about getting there. I was born a "twig", and knew that I didn't want to stay like that...I wanted to grow into that tree, that strong Oak that I saw when I looked at Arnold, when I watched Bruce's movies...That's what I wanted to be...I knew that sitting on my butt and not doing anything about it, wasn't going to get me there, so I started training.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel GOOD!!! I know it's good for me, and when people see me, and see me doing it, they then too want to try... I love it!
How I Stay Motivated:
Almost the same reason why I love doing it...Life, my girl loves it...Got my lil bro doing it, and those that followed in my path when I use to train...All of that keeps me motivated...Plus, I like the way I fit into my clothes... :p
BB Accomplishments:
Just self confidence...proving to others that it can be done...without steroids! Everyone always think we have to do steroids to get big and/or whatever...I hate that closed mindedness!!! Ignorance!

Going 2 totally switch up my diet this time around. Less red meats and less sugars 4 sure. Supps are going to be used 2 a minimum. Cardio is going 2 be added 2 my regimen and from there, we'll see where it takes me.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
Again, depending on body part...Let's put it like this..4 the most part, everything "other than" legs, gets no more than 30sec or however long it takes 4 my partner 2 do him/her. Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
u know what...4 what they want and is trying 2 achieve...they all do. It's all about self. What makes u happy, is ideal. I don't lift 2 "look" like some1 else...IDOIT4ME!
I know I haven't been on here 4 a good while, but I've been pretty damn busy! I get up @ 3:50ish(am), do the manly S.S.S., get breakfast consumed, get my head right, and head out the door 2 work! Need 2 be "up" and motivated prior 2 hittin the gym! I due my 8...and right after, I do...
As far as sets, I do 4, with pyrmid rep style. Reps may vary...increasing weight as I go along. I go along with a set program for about a month or two, then switch it up... EVERONES body is different in how it may react, but I found this to be most effective...
yo i just read your leg comment. my monday night routine is usually salt-water, extremely slow movements, lots of slow extention and flexion, and i even have to sleep a certain way with the knees bent just right. i've had too many 2am wake-up calls by my cramping quads. lol.

Thanks g. You know what man I honestly never tried supersets but I do love them dropsets! You do a double dropset and you'll get a mean ass cramp. I love that shit! Oh yeah and you know the ladies are as dirty minded as us men are they just never admit it. Some are worse. Yo, sorry for replyin so late I just been training hard.
