Anything worth having is worth fighting for, so it's all hard for me. If it wasn't, I wouldn't appreciate the struggle. Plus I have to get a eating & exercising schedule down and stay healthy.

Thanks for the compliment. I've been neglecting my training due to research & training clients. But,I'll be back better than ever! Keep up the dedication. You might not have the body you want but it's a lot better that sitting around doing nothing!LOL

Calves are decent, not my strong point but they're not as small as they used to be. I still have the fullness in my quads but not the size. But I'm working on that now.

They feel good. I haven't tested them with heavy weights but I'm going to ease into it next week. I have a new technique I'm going to try, so stay tuned for more progress pics.
