What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
High protein, low fat meals. Eating Whole grains, lots of fruit and veggies. Low-Fat cheeses, and substituting Rice milk for regular milk. I'm keeping my portions small and eating more frequently throughout the day. Right now I'm eating about 6 meals a day, one every 3 hours. I'm trying to keep my total fat content below 15g per meal.
