I can't believe how out of shape I've let myself get. 2 years ago, I was 120Lbs and wore a size 4 in jeans. Today I am 155lbs, and wear a size 12.  Can see some changes happening - yay!

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
High protein, low fat meals. Eating Whole grains, lots of fruit and veggies. Low-Fat cheeses, and substituting Rice milk for regular milk. I'm keeping my portions small and eating more frequently thro...more

My wife and I have both achieved body transformations and know where you are coming from. You can make your fitness goals & dreams come true, most likely sooner than you think. I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat and my wife (bodyspace name: judimax) went from size 12/14 to 4/6 in only 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. Challenge yourself, and try to push a little harder each and every workout. Give either of us a yell if you wish.
