Tired of bein out of shape. Had a lot of friends that work out religously.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel alive. There's nothing like waking up in the morning sore from the previous days workout. It makes me pumped for my next workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing other people who I want to look like. When I get those lazy days all it takes is a quick visit to this site to snap me out of it.

my msn, u just gotta find that maintainance level and add like 200-300 calories in. When trying to put on a lil size, i usually keep protein and fats the same...and just up my carbs a bit...sometimes up my carbs and fat a bit. Then if I want to shred up it doesn't take me long at all to tighten it up again. There is NO OFFSEASON :) Thats a true bodybuilder.

I just cut down my caloric intake, stopped eating carbs except for one day a week and am drinking more water. The routine is a little lighter weight and more reps. Doing lots of ab work lately. Gotta post some new pics
