Ripped beyond belief. Makes me realize that you can accomplish anything you want in life with the right outlook and support from people who care about you.
You know what i'm talking about. That thing where all you can think about is your next workout. You know that feeling deep in your stomach that keeps you awake at night. That thing that keeps you tossing and turning. The only relief is to get up and go push your body to the limit. That thing...
Thanks bro..i sure hope so..I took some progess pics last night, looks like a lot of the mass I have added is pretty lean..So I am hoping to end up at 175 lbs and shredded like before..

Thats the best attitudes to have....I never compare myself to others and consider myself no better than joe shmoe off the street.....the only thing I compare myself to is the reflection in the mirror...never satisfied
right now takin no-shotgun, cellmass, t-bombs,protein..I work at 330 in the morning so I usually take fat burners just for a pick me up. Other than that just solid nutrition
First off, you look great (I wish I had chest development like that). But to get my bodyfat levels down to ridiculously low levels (like 3%) I had to get into ketosis. That means high fat, high protein, but zero carbs. I ate like 8 meals a day, kept my calories at around 2,000-2500 and did double cardio sessions for like a month. That helped me go from 7% bf down to 3%. You can research the ketosis diet by typing in the keyword "ketosis" on the bodybuilding.com supersite.
no starchy carbs... just lettuce and brocolli. Lots of lean meat and probly 50-80 grams of fat from flax and olive oil. One refeed meal on sunday ( carbs)
