How I Started:
I started 2 years after high school. I wanted just to lose some weight by running, which helped. My friend suggested that I should start weight training, so I did. After a few weeks of weight training, I started noticing a change. That not only was I losing fat, I was also gaining some muscle. From then on I was hooked.
Why I Love It:
It is a good stress reliever.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just knowing I am changing my body for the better.

What is the best age to start lifting weights?
What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
Thinking I could lift more than what was possible for me and ended up just pulling something. Improper form. Again injuring myself.
What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Start out with some basic lifting moves. Then progress from there.
