Sooner or later, you start taking yourself seriously. You know when you need a break. You know when you need a rest. You know what to get worked up about and what to get rid of. And you know when it's time to take care of yourself, for yourself. To do something that makes you stronger, faster, more complete. Because you know it's never too late to have a life. And never too late to change one.

My current fitness goal is to reduce the holiday damage, get down to 95kg and start working on fat % reduction
Goal (Long):
My Goal is to reduce my body fat while maintaining muscle mass. I've lost 5kg in the last 6 months. What seems to work for me at the moment is clean eating, circuit workouts with super sets, pyramids, little rest periods between sets. I also run 5km every Thursday.
I aim for a run/race/major activity once a month in addition to my training.
I find this member inspirational through their hard work and dedication to reach their health and fitness goals, to be able to do this with a busy lifestyle but yet maintain that balance in life is truly inspirational
so I dropped the cheese and wine treats every other day of the week..so I cut alcohol from my life...so I stopped eating late night meals...no later than 7pm, so I ate clean 95% of the week...so I cut down my portions..so I ditched my usual weight training and got into a high intensity...
thanks for the comments. It always seems to make it a little easier to focus when you get good comments like yours. Train hard and believe in yourself and you'll get everything you want. Take care. Matt
Hey buddy. Don't stress too much about the bit of flab. Increasing the muscle means more lean mass = higher metabolism. So by steadily increasing muscle, the fat will start to get less. Then of course, more cardio will help! Educate yourself intensily on the correct eating for muscles to grow, that determines 80% of success! Slow deliberate movements is the best for growth and protecting mscles for tears.
