How I Started: The determination to do something about my weight after a long time of thinking I was 'ok' and I also needed to be fit to play top flight rugby.
Why I Love It: It gives me a feeling of well being.
How I Stay Motivated: someone once told me to use everything to motivate me, so when I'm feeling down I go to the gym and when I'm on a high I go and workout. Seeing my body reshape is great!
BB Accomplishments: Having lost around 20kg in the last 3 years, I'm looking to loose another 10kg this year.

Goals:
Main Goal: Lose Fat
Goal (Short): My fitness goal for the next month is to reduce my body fat and hit the elusive 100kg mark of muscle.
Goal (Long): My Goal is to reduce my body fat while maintaining muscle mass. I've lost 4kg in the last 3 months. What seems to work for me at the moment is clean eating, mixing my workouts with supersets, pyramids, little rest periods between sets. I also run 2.5km every Thursday.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 4 kg
Bodyfat Goal: 11%

Hey buddy. Don't stress too much about the bit of flab. Increasing the muscle means more lean mass = higher metabolism. So by steadily increasing muscle, the fat will start to get less. Then of course, more cardio will help! Educate yourself intensily on the correct eating for muscles to grow, that determines 80% of success!
