I want to do what they all told me I could not.
Goal (Long):
My goal is to have an efficient, sleek, toned, strong, and energetic body. I'm going to reduce my body fat percentage to 14% or maybe even lower. I want to build significant muscle in my arms and slim the flab off my thighs/butt/hip area.
I long to have a lean and muscular body type, instead of feminine curves. This includes a desire to decrease my breast size. Ideally, I would LOVE to be flat-chested but I'll settle for a very small A cup.

Good news! I have not drank alcohol for 2 weeks and I'm feeling pretty good all around. I am excited about the changes that will come in the upcoming weeks and months. I know that if I can stay away from the beer, I WILL reach my goals.

Yup, I am really doing well physically...I have grown in strength in most execises from 50-100% in the last 3 months! It's amazing! I am really on a high right now! I am glad to hear that you are doing better! I'd really like to see you reach your goals! :-)
