How I Started: I started working out while I was deployed and loved the way it felt.
Why I Love It: I love getting that pump, like arnold says. Also all the comments from people.
How I Stay Motivated: I am pretty self motivated. I'm not where i want to be right now so i know i have to keep hitting it.
BB Accomplishments: The only accomplishments i guess i would have to say hitting the 275 Bench Press club. I am now working on 300 lbs.

I worked COSO for the 522nd FS. I got out of the Air Force in 2000 and went to school at Texas Tech in Lubbock, TX about an 1.5 east of Clovis. Are F-16s still the dominant fighter there?

Lookin strong Sam. I was stationed at Cannon as well from 97-2000. I thought they were going to close that base for good a few years back but I guess not. Is 522 FS still there?
