Impressive man, umm my training consists of, MON: biceps, and back TUES: Triceps, and chest WEDS: Legs, cardio THURS: Abs, and obliques. More or less, providing when i can get in the gym. Hope it's useful. what supplements, if any are you currently taking? regards Dan.

my training is goin very well indeed thanks, just been at the weight of ten stone for a while now, and finding it tough to move off it, but other then that it's been going really well! I try and get to the gym about 4-5 times a week, but trying to fit a session in between college work is tough, but it's great fun. how many times do you go? Regards Dan.

I noticed you train multiple muscle groups a day. Have you ever thought of focusing on one a day? Also, what kind of weight do you use usually? Heavy or light?

i dont really know, maybe 175 or so...idk wheneve i'm happy with my body, its not really about a weight, ya know?
