How I Started:
Been an athlete my whole life, I play DII college softball. My problem is with diet, i eat like a fat kid all day everday. I just happen to have good genes. I want to eat healthier so i can look better...hmmmmmmmmmmm. I need motivation. I'll lift all day, i just like to eat = ]

Just entered the Muscletech Transformation Challenge and started recently training for it. I got worekouts posted. If nothing else i just want to walk the beach shirtless. I haven't done that in over 10 years.
