Fit Status:
i want to cut the fat before i put on the weight. 3300 kcal to cut, 320g protein, 450g carbs. crazy!
I think what first attracted me to bodybuilding and working out was pro-wrestling. As a kid i was a huge fan of the WWF, now WWE, and was always fascinated by the "larger than life" guys with the huge muscular bodies. As i got older and developed a mind of my own, i started studying articles in my spare time. After a few reads i knew bodybuilding was my passion. The eating, the lifestyle, the health of your own body. I love it. Paul Levesque (Triple H) is a big inspiration to me.
Why I Love It:
I love it because I've come to learn that it's one of the only things in which you actually get out of it what you put in. If you want it you can get it, you have to want to succeed. I love and am still amazed at how many positive effects eating right and going to the gym can have in all areas of your life.
How I Stay Motivated:
To be brutally honest, a big motivator for me is seeing obese or fat guys in their 30's or 40's, the type with the big huge gut that you wonder how the hell they got it, or the chubby face. No disrespect at all, but it keeps me motivated because i do not want to look like that when i am that age as it represents unhealthiness. It's just a personal preference, i have nothing against those guys. Triple H, the pro-wrestler also keeps me motivated. Being a fan of his whole career and seeing what great shape he is in and his passion for bodybuilding always makes me want to reach that next level as a personal goal.

What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
Sweatpants/joggers and a t-shirt. This way when i want to switch to a tank top i will see more of a drastic change.
So i missed my morning cardio of 40 mins on the treadmill at a steady state this morning, i woke up at about 10:30am, my Wife and I had a pretty late night and wound up sleeping in some. My first intake of food was around 11pm, i considered this my pre-workout meal, as i start work at...
