Overall Goal: My goal is to continue to train in Crossfit, so far my WOD times have dramitically increased along with my strength over the past 8 months.
Fit Status:
Goal is to continue to bring the Spartan Warrior out in my physic...focus 100% on diet and training and see where the chips fall.
Was taken June 06, 2009 doing a Crossfit workout 30 Muscle Ups for time. Not a horrible workout but requires alot of overall strength and balance. Notice the intensity, do you train at that level, most likely not because at that level is horribly uncomfortable.
This is at 194 lbs down from 230. Max effort 3 Rounds of Body Weight Bench Press, Back Squat and Pullups.

Goal (Long):
I started Crossfitting about 8 months ago, heavy and strong. I am a far leaner, meaner machine executing explosive power lifting movements like Snatch, Clean, Jerk, Deep Front Squat, Back Squat and the typical Female and Hero WOD at www.crossfit.com. I want to incorporate my diet to consume my entire way of life. I would like to drop my over times by about 30% while gaining needed muscle. Switch my diet to a 1 gram per pound regiment. I'll keep you informed.
I recently was smashed and beatin badly by swine flu. I spent a solid 9 days down and out, while another two weeks feeling weak and sluggish. That time has passed now, I was feeling a bit froggy.
I did the Crossfit WOD 5 x 5 Back Squat at 275 feeling fairly good.
Monday - Do Workout of the Day

Thursday - Rest
Friday - Do Workout of the Day

Thank you!Thought,all you see is my face shot. Im not a "big girl" just have junk in the trunk.Basically, I have that college weight plus some. I have it in my thighs and I just noticed it in my tummy! So to answer your question...I want to shed fat and gain muscle.I sure do want a tiny waist! I havent messured yet, I think Im a 33inch waist right now. Id like to be down to 28 inch. This girls got wide hips so smaller then that would look weird,lol.
How's your crossfit training? Probably pretty good, I'm guessing...I see you DO WORK! Me too...amped up the intensity/weight in anticipation of the new year that's about to roll around! Gotta be strong!

i do realize that happiness comes from the inside, but for that to happen i must first work on the physical and emotional things that i CAN change about myself to truly find happiness..you gotta start somewhere!
yeah, that why "Swine Flu" caught my attention. I don't think that they think about that much in the North or have this hitting them! Hanging in there, Atl. been getting alot of flooding lately. I am off to train you have a great day!!
