My Workout Program

Visit local Crossfit affiliate.

Monday - Do Workout of the Day
Tuesday - Do Workout of the Day
Wednesday - Do Workout of the Day
Thursday - Rest
Friday - Do Workout of the Day
Sat - Do Workout of the Day
Sun - Rest

I train to failure every workout unless other wise described. This is the same system used to train the 300 movie actors and works well. I suggest doing at least one metcon per week for anyone in the gym needing some added excitement.
