How I Stay Motivated:
The main reason is thinking about what I one day can become. Also, I'm not going to lie, girls play a major role in why I stay motivated. I also use working out to build personal confidence.

I want to drastically lower my body fat percentage.
Goal (Long):
Lose 85 pounds of fat while maintaining/increasing lean muscle mass. I want to lose my man boobs. I will accomplish this through diet and exercise daily. I want to weigh under 200 pounds for the first time since elementary school.

So I got called back to my job in construction. I've been laid off for two months. This is awesome, but my gym time is going to be reduced tenfold. I'm usually out of town mon-fri in small towns without a gym. I will be able to get outside and run, especially with the weather turning to spring.

Well this site is def what kept me motivated for a long time. The only advice that I can give is to keep at it hard and take progress pics. You own success will be your best motivation!
Dude our accounting teacher is pretty jacked. She was wearing a tank top today and she had visible delts and biceps. It made me lol. When are you coming back to class?
Same here I'm at my heaviest of 235. Trying to clean up the diet a little bit. But I need to extra weight beacuse I play rugby but at the same time need to keep that military appearance.
