New program I used for about 6 weeks really helped fill out my chest, more work to do, though. I want Brad Pitt's chest in Snatch. I think I need more decline work for that.
Part way through week 4 of full body program. During a lean bulk, trying to keep abs defined but having trouble.
Fully recover from knee surgery and Achilles tendon surgery at the moment.
Goal (Long):
I'm not looking to compete or get huge or anything like that. I just want to look great and do it naturally. My legs need the most work, so my long term goal would be improving their size and tone.
I tore my achilles tendon last night playing racquetball. I was stretched out for a shot in a doubles game and another player stepped on the back of my leg, just above my ankle, and it just snapped. Surgery is set for Friday. The doc says I should be back to 100% within 3 months of surgery...
Man, I hate injury and rehab! I remember rebuilding after my back surgery. Took over a year! You will be much quicker. Talk to DawnMelane here. She is competitive and had extensive knee surgery last year. She's already competing again. She's a sweetheart!
Yeah, I'm curious about GVT, too. It gets mixed reviews...I can do 10 sets of 10 pullups now. I plan to do them weighted but will be alternating them with military presses, so that will probably kick my a$$ the first couple times. First GVT workout is Tue, 7/10/07!
