jdmalm123 Yeah, I'm curious about GVT, too. It gets mixed reviews...I can do 10 sets of 10 pullups now. I plan to do them weighted but will be alternating them with military presses, so that will probably kick my a$$ the first couple times. First GVT workout is Tue, 7/10/07! Jul 1, 2007 8:15pm
