How I Started:
I started working out after I went to Family Fitness centers as a teenager and saw a guy who I was heavily competitive with pushing more weight than I could. Eventually I became much stronger than him but through the years we've become friends, and the gym has become essential to my life.
Why I Love It:
I love feeling healthy and that confidence a shirtless man gets with a hot California sun on his face out in Laguna Beach playing Volleyball, the sport I love.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am at a crossroads... Scivation's Cut Diet is my gospel. August 3rd. Lets do this.
BB Accomplishments:
I don't have any major bodybuilding accomplishments. I have trained some excellent individuals and helped them reach hot bodies though!

Goal (Long):
I am currently following a Cyclical Ketogenic Diet and supplementing with a Multi-Vitamin complex, Protein, L-Glutamine, 5-HTP, and appetite suppressants. It seems to be working well for me. I am a three time Nationally Certified Personal Trainer and everyday I help my clients climb and crawl their way towards the final destination in their hearts. I am certified by NASM, NESTA, and APEX. I know exactly how to train and how to eat, but the holidays really kicked my butt. It's time to get back into shape, but as I age it seems that fitness just cannot take a priority in my life. That's why I've switched to a program that allows me to make the real changes by a well structured and organized food intake. My final goal is a stunner body to truly encompass my knowledge and career presentation, i.e. "Living The Brand". Through this diary you will see me become this dream.

Why is this type of protein best?
Easy digestion allows the BCAA's to enter my bloodstream quickly. My budget doesn't allow room for extra BCAA supplementation at this time. F&#*@n economy!
