When I started high school football, they had us train, I liked it. And somewhat have stuck with it… sort of…
Why I Love It:
Well right now I do not benefit from the reason I love it. But the reason I love it is being able to see changes in your body happen and watch hard work transform yourself.
How I Stay Motivated:
For a while I did not stay motivated and now… have the consequences of being lazy yet again. From here on out I do not want to be in this situation again!

Getting down to 215 was a pretty big deal for me, but I let myself go, so it’s irrelevant.

i would like to be a in shape 235 lbs i would like to have 15-13% body fat. i want to get my joints back in shape then load up the weight heavy once my joints feel ready
