My nutrition plan is very simple. I count calories, get plenty of protein, and fill the rest with whatever I want. Want bowl of ice cream after plate of chicken breast, broccoli, and brown rice? Okey dokey! Off to the freezer!
With that being said, learn to read labels, get a food scale, and learn to cook. Success is guaranteed!
