Goal (Long):
After i drop the initial weight i would like to bulk for a few months then cut again.
It would be nice to reach 10% in the next 3-5 years, bring out abbs, widen the back, bulk out the chest.. and strenthen my mind body and body image

Looks like you're right about where I'm at. The only difference being that I am still getting fatter and you have taken control over your weight. Congrats and best of luck to ya!

Keep up the good work! Every week your looking slimmer, remember to make changes in your lifestyle which you know you can stick to and dont forget how much lighter and healthier you are now than before.
I was able to lose over 50 Lbs going from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks by following the 12-week Body for Life program.
