How I Started:
The typical story of the fat kid through public school and highschool. Got tired of trying to diet and be the "GQ" sized guy. Read, asked questions and changed my fitness approach to growing INTO my body.
Why I Love It:
The pump, the progress, the one thing that you can do that is totally dependant on your committment + drive

My wife, seeing my daughter graduate, get married and have grand-kids.

What bicep workout has worked best for you?
An inch in 24 hours. It's a whole day of eating and training specifically to build arms. It KILLS - but well worth it.

Don't train them. Carrying my bodyweight around trains them everyday. LOL
