Background
Got tired of being the loser fat kid! Took matters into my own hands and started lifting weights at around age 20. Gained a ton of muscle mass but maintained a high bodyfat percentage and floated between 280 and 310 lbs. FINALLY added cardio and nutrition to the equation earlier this year and am seeing great results so far.
Builds confidence and is a great stress reliever.
