Train Like an Athlete
My workout philosophy is geared more toward athletic training, rather than bodybuilding. I use the training methods listed above, mixing it up as much as possible. My main focus is improving my strength, endurance, speed, agility, and overall conditioning. The physique that I want is a result of performance based goals.

Eat Clean
When it comes to nutrition, my main focus is to eat clean. I try to stick to foods that have no more than three ingredients. My meals for a typical day look something like this:
Breakfast: 5 Scrambled Eggs, Turkey Sausage, Mixed Berries, Almonds
Lunch: Griled Chicken breast, Spinach, Avocado
Dinner: Turkey Burgers, Spinach
Snack: Quest Protein Bar

Just the basics
Right now I am keeping it simple. The only supplement (if you can call it that) is Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey Protein. The reson that I pick this whey protein over others is that it is all-natural with no artifical sweeteners or fillers and has 24g of protein, 5.5g of BCAA'S and 4g of Glutamine per scoop! I usually have two scoops mixed with vanilla almond milk for a great post workout shake along with a banana.
