How I Started:
I decided I no longer wanted to look like a fat lazy slob and feel good about myself.
Why I Love It:
It relieves the daily stresses. It proves that mind over matter isn't just a phrase. I love seeing results.
How I Stay Motivated:
Whenever I get bored of what I am doing I mix up the routine, change the music, look in the mirror, and get back to work. All the people on this site are tremendous inspirations. Must keep up.
BB Accomplishments:
Nothing serious but a very nice ego boost - This past weekend (01-31-09) I went out to a friend's house and was talking to this girl and she commented that I looked ripped and that it was hot. I haven't heard that since high school. I still have a long ways to go, but a nice compliment nonetheless. Same night, completely different girl, made a comment that it looked like I lost a lot of weight. <smile>. Overall, good weekend, good ego booster. Back to the gym.

4 Months ago I looked into the mirror with my eyes open this time. I was a fat slob. 4 years of college drinking, eating terrible food, and being a bum did a number on me. I decided that I was no longer going to look like that and wanted to feel better about myself. My goal is to live and feel great about doing it.
