How I Started:
I was 120lbs in highschool, 150lbs after bootcamp then I got a friend who brought me into weights. In six months I became 193lbs.
Why I Love It:
Because working out is like an education once you earn this there is nobody who can take it away.
In life there are only a few things like this.
How I Stay Motivated:
When I see obese/sick people it reminds me that I need to enjoy life, while I am still here.

Transisting from a hardgainer to 200lbs.

I took a 9 month break for my joints and aches from 7 yrs on and off lifting. Now being 28 I now my time to keep in shape is limited.

I am headed toward 200 as well, and hopefully way beyond since I am pretty tall, and I am a fellow vegan w/o cheese :) Good luck HughHerbivore!
