Yeah man the holiday season was good. Did a lot of bulking up ya know. Hope yours was a great one also. I'm stuck in the winter months out here, so the gyms are always packed. I might need to pay for a membership now.

HEy, It may that time to take your week off. Your body is letting you know it's time for a break. Chill out, drink beer (Carbs are good for you)but not to much. And just let the fire build. Like before, you'll be watering at the mouth for the gym.

MAN!!! I was tasked out for some nonsense. I haven't hit the gym in a week. I lost some pounds. I used this long weekend to bulk it up a bit. I start back on normal time wendsday.

Yeah, i'm trying to follow my partner's training plan, but he's 5'9 210. I'm 6'3 195. I don't have to tell you about the body differance. If you have any tips or advice, I'd appreciate your input.
