I've always trained for sports and certain events. Now i'm looking to trai for footbal and MMA. Also, if I gain about 60 more pouds, i'll see you on stage.
Why I Love It:
After a day of doing the Army thing, I hit the iron, crank up the Linkin Park and release al that has pissed me off. At the end, I feel much better.
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivation isn't a problem for me. I have ADHA and that seems o kick in during every set and rep. Also, music is a huge part of the workout. Besides that, I want to get strong enought to knock out my friend Stevie. I want to punch him in the chest and put him to sleep. But I love you Stevie
BB Accomplishments:
So far I am one exercise away from the 300+ club. The bench press is my next monster. The deadlift and squat I already own. I also have to say i've met my intial goal of 200+ body wieght.

I was an all state free safety in highschool at 155. I hope to achieve enough body what to supplemnt my coverage skills with superb hitting power as well as double as a defensive end.
Also, my boy Stevie rekindled my fie for MMA. It's been a few years. If the doc clears me, i'll be in for the ground and pound. But, if this mission carries me to add on 60 more pounds, I'll see ou on stage.
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
None of them. These guys get personal trainers and dietitians who's purpose is to keep them fit and in shape. I'm a regular dude who has none of the rich people connections and I still handle mine in the gym and on the road. Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I messed my shoulder up on the Military Press. It still hasn't fully healed and I don't think it will.
